Conduct preliminary communication with the customers to understand their basic needs and expectations for the spray-painting project. Analyze these requirements, including the material, size, shape of the workpiece, and desired coating effect.

Based on the customer’s requirements, design a detailed spray-painting plan and select the appropriate spray-painting robot. Confirm the details of the design plan with the customer to ensure mutual understanding.

Program the robot according to the design plan, setting parameters such as path, speed, and flow rate. Conduct internal testing of the robot in the laboratory to verify and demonstrate the spray-painting effect

Install and calibrate the robot on-site according to the actual production environment, optimizing spray painting parameters to ensure the best possible results.
